Here’s an upper-body workout that’s perfect for students living in a dorm, or anyone living in an apartment who happens to have books and a backpack on hand. Plus, you only need 10 minutes to get it in — perfect for a little work or study break!
You’ll perform the moves as supersets, back and forth, each for 30 seconds without rest. Do your best to be fast on the transitions from one movement to the next.
