Burpees with knee tucks | 45 seconds | 10 seconds |
Pop lunges to a squat hop | 45 seconds | 10 seconds |
Squat hop with a swivel | 45 seconds | 10 seconds |
*Knee drive with a leg abduction | 10 right leg, 10 left leg | 15 seconds each |
*Slide throughs | 10 right leg, 10 left leg | 15 seconds each |
*These exercises are done with sliders, however paper plates do the trick too! Or if you have hard wood floors, just use a towel or wear socks!
